Bike to Borderland
Mountain Bike along the old trade route through some of Nepal's oldest cities including Bhaktapur, Nala and Dhulikhel. Ride on the Arniko Highway which runs alongside the Bhote Koshi river. Visit the Tibetan frontier where Nepal meets Tibet at the Friendship Bridge, just 18kms beyond the Borderlands.

The trail twists and turns, giving you gorgeous views of the countryside. After making your final descent from Kathmandu valley into the Borderlands Eco Adventure Resort, you can look forward to our solar hot showers, a great meal and the first beer is on us!

We provide the following:

  • professional multi lingual guides
  • current model bikes
  • helmet & water bottle
  • support vehicle & first aid
  • packed lunch
  • accommodation

The Borderlands has made many clients happy on their bike tours that we operate. Through the rich cultural mosaic and wildly diverse terrain of the Nepal Himalayas, these tours can be thought of as trekking by bicycle - except that you can cover 3 to 4 times the territory. Our experienced Nepalese guides ensure that the trips are fun but safe, and sensitive to the local cultures.
