Introduction
The month of May was a good one for the Borderlands Group comprising of Borderlands PDP, Borderlands Eco Resort (www.borderlandresorts.com), Ultimate Descents Nepal (www.udnepal.com) and Nature-treks.com (www.nature-treks.com).
During the month, Borderlands PDP was busy in the preparation of UNDP’s Office Retreat and UN-OCHA’s High Rope Course in addition to submitting proposals to various organizations. Similarly, Borderlands Eco Resort was busy catering to the requirements of its clients on a regular basis.

Nature-treks.com was occupied most of the month in developing new and enhanced Eco-lodge treks in Nepal’s villages (Myagdi district of Annapurna area) in collaboration with Mr. Mahabir Pun, a Ramon Magsaysay Award winner. On the other hand, while the occasional monsoon rain provided relief to the people, it also increased the water levels in the rivers of Nepal. This made for a perfect time for extreme adventure seekers who immensely enjoyed the rafting trips organized in various rivers through Ultimate Descents Nepal.
Overall, the month was a good one for the Borderlands Group and we hope to have more of those in the coming days.

2. High Rope Course organized for UN-OCHA- Participants from UN-OCHA actively took part in the High Rope Course organized by Borderlands PDP on May 18, 2010 at Gokarna Forest Resort. more
