The Borderlands Eco-adventure resort is situated on the banks of the Bhotekoshi, one of the most whitewater rivers. The resort is beautifully sculpted on sprawling terraces that are surrounded by steep mountains and countless waterfalls. Thatched roofs safari style tents offer you and idyllic setting to relax and integrate yourself into the natural surroundings. Built in a way that emphasizes the charm of a local villages, without compromising the comfort of its guests, the borderland is truly unique. 

The food at the borderlands is simple, yet tangling. All of our meals are prepare fresh with much of it grown in our own organic gardens. The restaurant operates like a traditional home-style kitchen, serving family style kitchen. Our menu changes daily, and with advance notice, special dietary needs are catered to. 

We invite you to stop in and share in this remarkable experience as the center of adventure activities like Whitewater Rafting mighty Bhotekoshi, a canyon descent, an-off-the beaten track trek to a hidden monastery, a mountain Bike rides along the Tibetan border, a waterfall Hike.

Tentative Itinerary:

Day 1:

• Drive from Kathmandu to Borderlands Resort (3.5 hrs. -97KM away from Kathmandu, road to Tibet border)
• Freshen up and welcome drinks upon arrival 
• Briefing about the site and room allocation.
• Snacks (Tea/coffee, popcorn, peanuts, French fries)
• BBQ (Veg/Non- Veg), DJ session 
• Dinner (Veg/Non- Veg)
• Open music/ New Year vibes 
• Bonfire

 Day 2:

• Wake up and freshen up
• Breakfast
• Prepare for Rafting/Canyoning/Borderlands waterfall Hike
• Lunch (Veg/Non-Veg)
• Depart Back to Kathmandu
